In 2008 I have seen the grandest of debuts, one is Aiko’s and one is Meg’s. Check out Meg’s Mardi Gras inspired debut.

A girl can have so much shoes..

Meg had a short rehearsal before the debut. Check out the lit dance floor. Amazing!

Meg’s mom is definitely one of the coolest!

And Meg had a special guest too..

So I found a few set of photos from my treasure of backlog past box. I just want to share a few of them.

Ian is a chef and Aizel is a doctor. Cool combination right?

Tried shooting them just outside of our studio. This shot was taken along Aurora Blvd.

I shot my last wedding of the year 2008 yesterday, and all I can say is WOW! What a month! What a year! Its nice to be able to shoot on the 1st day of the year and the 2nd to the last day of the year! 2008 was amazing! God has really been wonderful!:)
Had 16 weddings for december plus I attended 1 wedding of my friend in batangas so had 17 weddings all in all for december. Such a blessing! and I would just like to thank a few people I had shared this wonderful month with:
-Thanks to Imagine Nation and our uber wonderful marketing staff for making me marketable, haha! I love you guys to bits!
-To everyone I worked with, fellow photographers, videographers, assists, drivers; I enjoyed working with all of you guys. Hope to work with you guys again in 2009! Thanks for making it easier and more fun to shoot.
-To other suppliers, it was nice meeting and working with all of you!
-To my family thanks for the support I love you all!
-To all the couples: Davis and Anne, Kristian and Therese, Sherwin and Karen, Mado and Cyndi, Junee and Anna, Dexter and Ella, Don and Tina, Vince and Honey, Adrian and Grace, Paolo and Bambi, Richard and Lalaine, Michael and Novel, Dennis and Nancy, Raf and Cher, Ronald and Lisa, Ver and Luz and to my good friends Boyet and Kit, thanks for allowing me to be a part of your special day. Godbless!
-And last and the most important, I just want to give all the glory to our Almighty God. He has provided me with all the shoots and all the things I need to be able to accomplish everything. He has provided me with great health, 17 weddings and I never got sick. Amazing! He has provided me with everything. Truly no one can match God’s generosity. This month has really showed me that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Also thank you Lord for giving us the very essence of this Holiday season, your one and only Son who came and died to save us, may we always remember Jesus our Savior not just during this season but throughout the year!
Godbless! Have a safe new year!

While we know for a fact that taking pictures of others is fun and exciting, we tried out how it would be if we were the people in front of the camera..
Finally we can post it already!

Shots taken for the new Imagine Nation Brochure. Great job Erron Ocampo for the editing and for the shoot.
Thanks to Jesy, A and Karen for the make up and Steve for the hair.

Super long overdue post, check out the date on top, this post is 5 months overdue. Hehehe! Love this couple! We shot their prenup 2 days before the wedding. They shared with us a lot of fun stories about how their relationship started and how they prepared for the weddings. Jesy came with us on this prenup to do the styling and she did a wonderful job as usual. I had a lot of fun during their prenup that I requested to be reassigned on their wedding day.

Preps, Ceremony and Reception: Boracay Regency
Shot with Erron Ocampo
Coordinator: Amanda Tirol
My first time in boracay and it did not disappoint. I’d like to explain why but the explanation is too long worthy of a seperate blog.
I never really wanted beach weddings not until I saw one.
Great couple too, Ian and Lucy and all their 27 guests are from Australia. They went to boracay for a friend’s wedding last year and they instantly loved the place that they decided to have their 11th anniversary there as well.

Ian had his vows engraved in the wine bottle

this post wouldn’t be complete without a ring shot

All the groomsmen were given this ring during the 1st wedding

Butterflies always remind Ian of his mother so when Lucy gave him a basketful of butterflies Ian became a bit emotional

Ian and Lucy’s kids, Ashley, Paul and Dawson

It was always raining in boracay when we got there. On the 1st day we were there Erron gave me the official boracay tour, we were dripping wet because of the rain when we got back to our place. So we were kinda worried that the rain might pour during the ceremony which was outdoor, but God showed us that He is in control. Check out the crazy clouds on the following pictures, it rained just after we went inside the hotel where the reception is..
